∙ Keep up -to -date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.∙ Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.∙ Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.∙ Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media assets, and presentations.∙ Present design concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholders.∙ Create icons, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance user interfaces.∙ Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.∙ Document design guidelines and best practices for internal use.∙ Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.∙ Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.∙ Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently Requirements∙ Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.∙ Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Sketch is a plus.∙ Strong understanding of user -centered design principles and best practices.∙ Ability to create visually appealing and functional designs that align with brand guidelines.∙ Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple screen sizes.∙ Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) for micro -interactions is a plus.∙ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.∙ Strong problem -solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
