This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Customer Management Success and Experience Facilitator. The role involves facilitating how managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing account management. The facilitator will be teaching how to provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include communication with clients, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
