Responsibilities;

Please note: JOB LOCATION IS AT Katsina State in Nigeria, CANDIDATE MUST LIVE CLOSER TO THIS LOCATION. THERE IS NO ACCOMODATION.

  1. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. Replacement Of Harddisk, memory and CMOS for Laptops. follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system

  2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and other connected IT Devices.

  3. Onsite or remote support of Users to either attend to service request of resolve incidence.

  4. troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

  5. Carry Out Hardware maintenance On Workstations and Laptops and Replace Workstation Hard disk , Memory CMOS as required.

  6. Backup Systems and ATMs. Restoration of ATM Backup and joining ATM to the Domain

  7. Respond within agreed time limits to calls

  8. Coordinating and maintening consolidated inventory of all IT Assets for all Branches/ Head Offices or Region under his/ her support purview

  9. carries out basic cable management for Users/ Server room and liaises with Lead/ IT Vendor for complex Cable management

  10. Installation and configuration of Windows Server (DP and any other Server as required)

  11. Ability to Lead a Team, Coordinate Support activities for branches in a Region, Follow up with team members, other IT Colleagues on resolution of challenges and ensure smooth functionality of systems and IT equipment, Mentoring and Coaching of team members.

  12. Coordinate and support the roll-out of new applications, Test and evaluate new technology

  13. The job is onsite.
