Head of Growth

As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing both online and offline marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and optimize customer acquisition across all channels. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive offline and online marketing strategies and sales aligned with business goals and objectives. Focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the growth team. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure team members are aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the entire marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively across various channels and ensure cost-efficient execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of both our digital presence and our offline marketing. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product, IT) to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies and initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis: Research market trends and customer behavior (both online and offline) to discover new growth opportunities in order to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Test New Growth Ideas: Test new growth ideas from referral programs to brand collaborations and quickly scale the ones that bring results.
  • Build Brand Presence: Ensure the Waysdrop brand is visible across channels; digital platforms, courier networks, and local communities through consistent messaging and creative campaigns.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in growth, product-led strategy, or startup leadership.
  • Experience as a Growth Lead in the Logistics Industry is required
  • Experience with GTM strategy, funnel optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven experience scaling a tech-enabled product or platform
