iStore is Africa's largest Apple Premium Reseller — the destination for all things Apple. We're searching for a driven, people-oriented, and results-focused Store Manager to take charge of our Novare Mall location in Nigeria.

About the Role
As the Store Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it meets Apple's world-class standards. You'll guide and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences, grow sales, and uphold iStore's reputation as the ultimate Apple destination.

Your Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential

  • Deliver on financial, sales, and developmental goals consistently

  • Be the in-store Apple expert — sharing knowledge and solutions with both staff and customers

  • Oversee operations including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and service quality

  • Work closely with regional and head office colleagues to achieve business objectives

  • Track performance, analyse data, and share insights to drive results

  • Ensure visual merchandising and brand presence reflect Apple's premium standards

  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve store performance

What You'll Need

  • Nigerian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO) completed

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to manage across functions

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Proven record of driving sales success and customer satisfaction

  • Solid operational and analytical skills, with confidence in using data for decision-making
