We are seeking a Brand Manager with a passion for prestige beauty to lead and elevate our brand's presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-end marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury beauty market, consumer behavior, and premium retail trends.

Salary Expectation
: 200,000 Naira- 250,000 Naira per month

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a compelling brand vision and strategy, aligning with company goals, vision, and customer needs.
  • Craft sophisticated marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, in-store).
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure successful brand rollouts. Work closely with brands and vendors to curate exclusive product selections, ensuring an elevated shopping experience.
  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging content, including advertisements, social media posts, and product descriptions.
  • Enhance the in-store and online customer journey, creating bespoke experiences, VIP events, and exclusive product previews. Create initiatives to engage with customers both online and in-store, enhancing brand loyalty and community
  • Establish collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and luxury media to amplify brand visibility.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and growth across all platforms.
  • Ensure premium in-store displays and merchandising align with luxury brand standards.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and market research to refine brand positioning and marketing efforts.
  • Public Relations & Media: Develop and maintain relationships with luxury media, press, and industry leaders to maximize brand exposure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, with a focus on luxury beauty, high-end retail, or premium fashion.
  • Proven track record of building and elevating luxury brands.
  • Strong understanding of high-end customer behavior and luxury market trends.
  • Experience in executing VIP events, influencer collaborations, and luxury partnerships.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sense and brand storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
