Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to manage and enhance all HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Coordinate training, development programs, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions Manage attendance, leave schedules, and payroll support functions Support management in fostering a positive workplace culture Monitor staff welfare, health, and safety practices Provide HR reports and analytics to management Requirements: BA/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality experience is an added advantage) Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Service charge benefits Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00am – 6:00pm
