Responsibilities · Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes · Management and coordination of staff recruitment, training and welfare · Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations · Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints · Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation · Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g electricians) · Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)   Education Candidates must possess Bachelor degree in Management, any of the Social Sciences or related courses with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division.  Possession of a Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Health Management and Planning or related fields will be an added advantage   Experience Candidates must have not less than five (5) years post -qualification administrative experience.  Requirements In -depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles Proficiency in MS Office An analytical mind with problem -solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills
