Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and sales operations of our bakery and FMCG business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing product distribution channels, driving brand growth, and ensuring strong market visibility and profitability across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Manage and expand product distribution networks across retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and institutional buyers.
  • Plan and execute brand promotion activities, product launches, and community engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the production team to align marketing plans with product availability and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor pricing, sales performance, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Prepare periodic sales, marketing, and performance reports for management review.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer service standards, and brand identity guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and travel for business development.
  • Creative thinker with strong business acumen and customer focus.
