Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Ibadan. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and growing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, facilitating orders, executing sales strategies, and contributing to overall sales performance in alignment with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Engagement
• Skills in Market Research, Business Development, and Strategy Implementation
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Analytical Skills to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Team Collaboration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in FMCG and knowledge of product categories is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
