About the Role:

The Strategy & Program Delivery Lead is a senior role within our consulting practice, responsible for shaping, managing, and delivering complex initiatives across multiple sectors and geographies. The role

blends strategic thinking with practical execution within government services, finance, technology, agriculture and energy sectors, requiring the ability to conceptualize innovative solutions, design actionable roadmaps, and oversee project delivery from inception through implementation. The candidate will work closely with clients, advisory partners, and internal teams to ensure that strategies translate into measurable, scalable results.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Leadership

○ Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of client-focused strategies, frameworks, and solutions.

○ Provide thought leadership and advisory support on multisectoral and multinational

projects.

○ Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to shape impactful recommendations.

● Project & Program Management

○ Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects and programs, from initiation to execution and closure.

○ Develop and manage work plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting frameworks.

○ Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget, with measurable outcomes.

● Client & Stakeholder Engagement

○ Serve as a primary interface with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.

○ Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.

○ Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and presentations to communicate project direction and outcomes.

● Cross-Functional Team Leadership

○ Coordinate and supervise diverse project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and alignment of goals.

○ Mentor junior project managers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

○ Collaborate with international partners and third-party providers to strengthen delivery

capacity.

● Innovation & Implementation

○ Translate strategic concepts into actionable implementation plans.

○ Drive adoption of new tools, systems, and methodologies to enhance client outcomes.

○ Monitor progress and impact, applying data-driven insights to refine approaches.

Who We Are Looking For

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field

(Master's degree preferred).

● 7–10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, or related fields.

● Demonstrated multisectoral and multinational exposure, with proven ability to navigate complex

environments.

● Strong track record of managing end-to-end delivery of programs/projects with measurable

impact.

● Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are an added

advantage.

● Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills.

● Strong project and program management expertise, with ability to manage multiple initiatives

simultaneously.

● Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

● Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams across geographies.

● High adaptability, cultural awareness, and comfort with multinational assignments.

● Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Work Arrangement:

● Hours: Standard work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. However, availability outside of standard hours is required for urgent situations.

● Please note that performance is not based solely on being available during work hours but on productivity, output and quality of work.

Salary: NGN750,000 inclusive of monthly logistics allowance provided in accordance with company

policy. Additionally, you may qualify for periodic performance-based bonuses, subject to individual

achievement and the company's financial position. As part of your employment benefits, you will be

enrolled in the Company's Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan within the confirmation

employment period. The Company will bear the cost of your HMO premium in accordance with the approved staff benefits policy.

Pay: ₦750,000.00 per month
