Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visual content that communicates our brand identity and enhances our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical skill to create compelling designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, billboards, and digital ads.
  • Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to translate ideas into visual concepts that align with the company's brand standards.
  • Create and update visual assets for websites, presentations, property brochures, and event materials.
  • Develop layouts and templates for consistent brand representation across all platforms.
  • Prepare final design files for production (print and digital) ensuring quality, resolution, and format accuracy.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and marketing campaign concepts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, modern design techniques, and new software tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.
