Realhouse Communications Limited is the publisher of Highbrow Living and Castles Lifestyle magazines. As part of its growth plans which requires more publications, the company is seeking to employ a Sales Manager to head the team to drive the execution of its hard copies sales strategy
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Lagos. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, creating reports to analyze performance, and identifying ways to improve sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategies for sales growth and drive results
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team effectively
- Knowledge of the real estate industry in Nigeria is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales performance reporting
- Goal-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital sales tools is preferred
