Our client, a company in the financial services industry, is seeking to hire a Branch Manager. The Branch manager will be un charge of the operations and business growth of the branch assigned, overseeing the productivity of employees and influencing positive business growth. He/she will be responsible for driving business, ensuring quality leads/talents for the branch, training and overseeing staff etc. to effectively achieve set goals.The branch manager plays a crucial role in driving market growth, enhancing product reach and optimizing the performance of our product portfolio.This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial markets, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate across multiple team to deliver high -impact, market -leading financial service solutions that align with our market growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Accounting, HR, Sales and OperationsDeveloping and implementing sales plans and targets, ensuring they are met accordingly.Drive sales team to meet individual targets for both liability & risk asset.Generate profitable operating leases, assets and liabilities.Recruit sales reps and partners to drive the mission of business expansion.Segment the region for sales team to ensure better market penetration.Evaluate sales strategies for performance against objectives, and making necessary changes as required.Work closely with the strategy and marketing department to ensure consistency in the look and structure of sales collateral materials, packages and proposals etc.Identify, develop, and implement processes towards improving customer satisfaction, sales efficiency, etc.Ensure and maintain business relationships, resolving customer problems as needed.Ensure the sales teams have adequate skills and information to carry out their duties.Assist in evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as neededObserving and recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environmentConducting regular sales and operations meetings.Providing necessary sales and operations reports to the head office when due.Participating in meetings and reporting accordingly.Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant informationOrganizing marketing activities and events for the branch and increasing brand awareness for the company within the community.Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws/regulations for the industry within state and country of branch location RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing or a related field.Advanced degrees, certifications and/or professional membership will be an added advantage5+ years progressive experience in a people management and sales roleGood understanding of industry laws and regulationsA drive to reach sales and service goalsExcellent organizational and leadership skills Benefits Job Type: Full -time Work Schedule: Hybrid Application Deadline: 15/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
