CarBoxxNG is a fast-growing vehicle rental service transforming how people rent and experience cars. We're expanding rapidly and seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Growth Marketer to drive business growth through targeted marketing, sales support, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Operations

  • Drive the growth of the business by creating and executing engaging marketing campaigns across offline, online, and social media platforms.

  • Manage booking requests, inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations across all channels.

  • Oversee all customer communications and feedback from start to finish.

  • Coordinate smooth vehicle pick-ups and returns in partnership with the logistics and quality control teams.

2. Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, design, and execute digital and social media marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and attract bookings.

  • Design and post engaging daily content across all online and social media platforms.

  • Grow followers and engagement exponentially across all platforms.

  • Manage all social media advertising campaigns, inquiries, and bookings.

3. Traditional / Offline Marketing

  • Develop and manage a network of offline car rental agents and prospective customers to attract more bookings.

  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and activations to generate leads.

  • Lead sales efforts by identifying offline prospects, nurturing leads, and creating engaging marketing content for customer outreach.

4. Listing and Booking Optimization

  • Create, update, and optimize the vehicle rental catalogue across all online and offline channels.

  • Write compelling vehicle descriptions, captions, and visuals to drive bookings.

  • Monitor competitor listings and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

5. Reporting and Administrative Support

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on bookings, revenue, and marketing performance.

  • Analyze campaign results and report key metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, followers, and conversions).

  • Use insights to guide marketing and sales optimization strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or HND (ND holders with strong, relevant experience are also welcome).

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in marketing, growth, or business development

  • Must be available for full-time work (hybrid role combining office, remote, and field operations).

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

  • Strong graphic design and content creation abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

  • Driven, ambitious, and result-oriented with a strong passion for business growth.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
