Position Summary

The Carpenter Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of carpentry crews to ensure high-quality construction, repair, and maintenance of building structures. This role requires strong leadership, advanced carpentry skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor carpentry crews, ensuring efficient, high-quality work.
• Coordinate daily tasks, interpret blueprints, and manage materials and equipment.
• Inspect work for craftsmanship and code compliance, implementing corrections as needed.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conduct safety briefings, and document incidents.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and record-keeping while supporting cost-control efforts.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of
  15 years' experience
  as a professional carpenter.
• At least
  5 years' proven experience
  in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Hands-on expertise in carpentry techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate carpentry teams, monitor project progress, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and overall site procedures.
