Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Manager, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Inventory Manager will oversee and manage all inventory control operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate tracking. Daily tasks include monitoring and recording stock levels, coordinating supply orders, inspecting inventory for quality assurance, and developing systems to improve inventory management. The Inventory Manager will work closely with other teams to optimize processes and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to ensure accurate tracking and restocking of products.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate inventory data and forecast supply needs effectively.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and handling data systems.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or logistics is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience in the retail or wholesale industry
  • 3+ years of experience in an inventory or storekeeping role
  • Experience using Zoho (Inventory, CRM, or Zoho Sheet) is an added advantage
