This includes recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and talent development.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, draft job adverts, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding.Compliance & Regulatory Support: Ensure adherence to Nigeria Labour Laws and healthcare regulations; maintain employee licenses and certifications; support audits.Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle grievances, manage disciplinary processes, and foster a positive workplace culture.Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, track KPIs, and support managers on career development plans.Training & Development: Identify training needs, maintain compliance, and facilitate learning initiatives.HR Administration: Maintain confidential records, manage attendance and leave, and generate HR reports.Compensation & Benefits Support: Assist payroll processing, administer benefits, and ensure accuracy of statutory contributions.Workforce Planning: Support manpower planning, track vacancies, and ensure optimal staffing and shift coverage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Recruitment: Fill-rate 90% within 2-4 weeks; maintain employee turnover
