JOB DETAILS:

  • The Building Finishing Quality Supervisor will oversee and ensure the highest quality of finishing work at the construction site.
  • This role involves monitoring finishing stages, ensuring adherence to standards, and performing inspections to guarantee that all finishing work meets project specifications.
  • The supervisor will coordinate with contractors, identify areas for improvement, and report directly to the project manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect all finishing work to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and workers to address any deficiencies.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality assessments.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • Proven experience in construction finishing work.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate contractors on-site.
