We're Hiring: QA/QC Lead – Fiber Operations

We're looking for a dynamic QA/QC Lead to join our Infrastructure Quality team. If you're ready to lead from the front, inspire your team, and elevate quality benchmarks — we want you on board.

What You'll Be Leading:

  • Spot checks, milestone testing, and final acceptance of fiber deployments

  • Escalation and enforcement of quality standards across Outside Plant operations

  • Maintenance of "As Built" documentation and training materials

  • Periodic audits and compliance verification

  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting

  • Internal and external training initiatives for your team

**What We Expect You to Bring:

  • B.Eng in Civil or Electrical Engineering (2.2/Upper Credit atleast)

  • 5+ years experience in turnkey fiber deployment and civil works

  • Strong command of fiber standards, materials, and operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Project), AutoCAD/Visio; GIS is a plus

  • CFOT certification is an advantage**
