Job Title: Operations Manager

Code: BMC/TLC/OM/002

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Work Mode: Full TimeOn-site

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 10am-1pm.

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional operations manager to coordinate and oversee the organization's operations. The operations manager's role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance of team members, schedule management, inventory management, procuring materials and resources, and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

· Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

· Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.

· Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.

· Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

. Ensure efficient inventory management processes.

· Manager client schedule to prevent clashes and ensure on-time delivery.

· Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.

· Manage budgets and forecasts.

· Perform quality controls and monitor the team's KPIs.

· Recruit, train and supervise staff.

· Develop initiatives to improve the quality of customer service.

Qualifications & Professional Experience

● Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.

● Minimum 3 years proven experience as an operations manager.

● Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.

General Conditions

  • Remuneration: N400,000
