About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Operations Lead to oversee the daily management and operational efficiency of our food production site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management, production administration, and team leadership, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, including production planning, staff supervision, and process coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
  • Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Generate regular reports on production metrics and site performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in food management, production operations, or industrial administration.
  • Proven managerial and leadership experience in a production or food processing environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Production, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Operations Management, HACCP, or Food Safety (added advantage).
