DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the sourcing and procurement of materials in line with operational needs.
  • Process purchase orders for food, consumables, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to offshore/onshore sites.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely supply of quality goods at competitive prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production teams to avoid stockouts.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
  • Source and vet suppliers, focusing on quality, cost, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives where necessary.
  • Prepare procurement reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Support tendering processes and contract administration.

REQUIREMENT

  • HND/B.Sc in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, preferable in catering or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Sound understanding of procurement procedures and vendor sourcing.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of HACCP principles.
