Factory Worker

We are a growing tile manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, precision, and teamwork. As production increases, we are looking for dedicated Factory Workers to join our dynamic team.

Position: Factory Worker – Tile Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in tile production.
• Assist in mixing raw materials and preparing molds.
• Inspect tiles for quality, size, and finish.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to production procedures.
• Load, unload, and organize materials as needed.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or factory work (tile or construction materials preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
