Job Position: Front Desk Officer / Travel Consultant

Job Description

  • We are excited to welcome a dynamic Travel Consultant (Sales Executive) to our esteemed team at Fly Countrywide Travel & Services Ltd.
  • As a Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on travel options, creating customized travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the travel industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on travel options, including destinations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, to meet their travel needs and preferences.
  • Create customized travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel insurance, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, visa regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized travel services and solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest travel industry developments, technological advancements, and marketing trends to drive innovation and uphold our competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND qualification or Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

Salary

N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
