HausPlenti is building the most friendly and performance-driven mortgage facilitation platform in Africa.

We have a strong outbound action plan and a fast growing pipeline of active prospects. With N4.2bn+ in qualified opportunities already in motion, we are post revenue and expanding fast. We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer with a sales and marketing background to help take our growth engine to the next level.

, you'll be part of the pioneer team driving our growth by helping clients access homeownership through innovative mortgage solutions.

You'll manage client relationships, close mortgage facilitation deals, and expand our referral network; where you will be granted
equity

in the company and earn a
commission-based payment

on sales generated.

NOTE PLEASE:

This is not a traditional employment role but a partnership opportunity. This role is commission and equity only at the start. There is no base salary for the first 4 to 5 months. Candidates must have 4 to 5 months of personal financial reserves and be comfortable with commission-based pay.

This is a hands-on role: part strategist, part closer. Ideal for experienced realtors, mortgage agents, or sales strategists with relationships in property or finance.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience growing a startup, platform, or community

  • A strong bias toward action; we're looking for a builder, not just a strategist

  • Familiarity with or interest in the housing economy, or mortgage systems.

  • Willingness to take equity instead of salary (for now)

  • Availability to commit part-time (10–30 hours/week) with flexibility for more over time

  • Fundraising experience or growth marketing expertise
