Job Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Regional Outlet Operations Manager to lead and oversee Harmony Pop-Up outlets across the northern region. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales performance, manage vendor relationships, and uphold exceptional brand standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and outlet managers across the region.
  • Maintain brand consistency and top-tier customer experience.
  • Recruit and manage vendors, onboarding at least 20 new partners monthly.
  • Drive regional sales strategies to achieve ₦1M monthly sales per outlet.
  • Monitor inventory, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Plan pop-up events and activations to boost engagement.
  • Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or regional management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and readiness to travel frequently.
