Role Summary

Lead our client's Company end-to-end technology strategy across IoT, telematics, analytics, and product development. Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of all platforms,from GNSS trackers to ML systems and client dashboards. Drive innovation while managing engineering, product, and data teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Tech Strategy & Leadership:

Define the tech roadmap, lead digital transformation, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.

  • IoT & Telematics Infrastructure:

Architect and optimize GNSS, VTUs, sensors, and edge hardware. Ensure robust device-to-cloud communication and uptime.

  • Platform & Software Development:

Oversee app development, scale APIs/microservices, and enforce security, compliance, and resilience.

. Data & Machine Learning:

Build predictive models for fuel theft, route anomalies, and device health. Promote real-time analytics adoption.

  • Process Excellence:

Implement DevOps, CI/CD, QA, and SRE practices. Build internal tools and enforce field installation standards.

  • Team Leadership:

Recruit and manage cross-functional tech teams. Cultivate a culture of ownership, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–15 years in IoT, telematics, or platform engineering

  • Deep expertise in cloud, APIs, distributed systems, and device communication

  • Strong knowledge of GNSS, MQTT/HTTP, and serial protocols

  • Proven leadership of 10–50 person tech teams

  • Bonus: Experience deploying ML models to production
