We're expanding our team and seeking a motivated CRM Intern eager to learn the operations side of logistics, from booking loads to dispatching trucks. This internship offers real-world experience, professional development, and a direct path to a permanent position upon successful completion of the probation period.

Role Overview

As a CRM Intern, you'll work closely with our dispatch and operations team to support the daily coordination of loads, truck schedules, and customer communication. You'll learn how to manage logistics workflows using CRM systems and gain practical experience in the fast-paced trucking industry.

This internship is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in logistics, dispatching, or customer relationship management within the U.S. trucking market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist in booking loads through partner networks and load boards.
  • Support the dispatch team in scheduling drivers and managing truck movements efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data within the CRM system, including clients, loads, and delivery updates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and brokers to confirm pickup and delivery times.
  • Monitor active loads to ensure on-time delivery and address any issues that arise.
  • Help prepare and submit daily or weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, and client relations).
  • Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements where possible.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain, Customer Success or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable using technology- CRM tools, spreadsheets, or dispatch software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about logistics, dispatching, and client relationship management.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Prior exposure to logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination is an advantage.
  • Understanding of U.S. trucking routes, load boards, or driver scheduling is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
