We are looking for a Content & Community Builder (AI-First) to own the voice, trust, and organic growth engine of Herbal Goodness. This role combines creative content development, AI innovation, SEO excellence, and community-building to drive brand visibility, engagement, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Herbal Goodness' content strategy across blogs, social media, video, and email.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale authentic, compliant content creation.
  • Own SEO strategy (on-page + technical): keyword research, structured data, crawl optimization, internal linking.
  • Manage and grow online communities, including social media groups, wellness forums, and brand ambassador programs.
  • Foster user-generated content (UGC), testimonials, and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with influencers and thought leaders in herbal wellness.
  • Ensure all content adheres to FDA/FTC compliance standards for health-related communication.

Success Metrics

  • Grow organic traffic by 100% year-over-year through SEO and content initiatives.
  • Grow community by over 100% and Increase community engagement rate by 50% within 12 months.
  • Secure top-3 SERP rankings for 50+ high-value herbal supplement keywords.
  • Contribute to growing Herbal Goodness revenue by 100% within the first 12 months.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in content marketing and/or community management (health, wellness, or CPG preferred).
  • Proven expertise in SEO and technical SEO (schema markup, crawlability, Core Web Vitals).
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to communicate within compliance guidelines.
  • Experience with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, MidJourney, Synthesia etc).
  • Hands-on experience cultivating and managing online communities and brand advocacy programs.
