Job Description & Person Specifications

Position: Marketing & Customer Relations Officer, HiiT Abuja Branch (MCROHAB).

Direct Report: Business Manager.

Job Location: Must be Resident in Abuja (Preferably close to Central Area)

Role Summary

Customer Relations Management and Marketing functions at Abuja Branch.

A. Key Accountabilities:

*Customer Relations Management Functions:*

  1. Manage CRM functions.

  2. Support the collection, collation and analysis of Prospects and Customers data for informed marketing decision making.

  3. Sustain and improve on Brand reputation.

*Marketing Management Functions:*

  1. Support the actualization of set

Branch's Marketing and sales Goals/ Objectives.

  1. Support lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N1 above.

B. Core Competencies & Skills

  1. Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.

  2. Must possess Marketing/Sales Skills.

  3. At least intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.

  4. Good written and verbal communication.

  5. Excellent work ethics and Integrity.

  6. Creativity and problem-solving Skills.

C. Experience and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.

  2. A minimum of 1 year proven experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management in a corporate environment.

  3. Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Fducation Sector

D. Remuneration- Attractive with Performance Bonus opportunity.

E. Projected Resumption Date- Not later than October 2025.
