Role Summary
Are you passionate about helping people create comfortable homes? We're looking for a B2C Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect directly with wholesalers/retailers in the trade channel, homeowners and tenants, understand their cooling and heating needs, and provide tailored HVAC solutions that make a difference.
This role requires a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to deliver measurable sales results aligned with clearly defined KPIs, within the shortest time possible.
Responsibilities
· Generate leads through trade/door-to-door visits, community engagement, referrals, and digital channels.
· Conduct home assessments and recommend the best HVAC solutions.
· Present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
· Upsell maintenance plans and extended warranties.
· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
· Update CRM and report on leads, conversions, and revenue.
· Track and report on sales performance against agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
· Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning.
· Ensure timely contract execution, invoicing, and client satisfaction to promote repeat business.
· Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Weekly lead generation targets.
· Monthly home visit quotas.
· Conversion rate and revenue goals.
· Customer satisfaction and referral metrics.
· Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved.
· Market expansion and new client acquisition.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years in retail or direct consumer sales (home appliances, electronics, or similar).
· Possess an extensive and well-established network of clients and customers.
· Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets to corporate customers
Required Skills
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Excellent networking ability and corporate relationship management experience.
· Self-driven, confident, and personable gravitas with high emotional intelligence.
· Ability to identify, open and close sales opportunities efficiently.
· Digital savvy for social media and online lead generation.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
· Basic HVAC knowledge (training provided).
Compensation and Benefits
· Base Salary: ₦700,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience).
· Performance-Based Review: Base pay increase after probation upon meeting or exceeding annual KPIs.
· Commission: Competitive commission on monthly sales achieved.
· Mobility: Pool vehicle provided for client visits and official engagements.
· Contract Tenure: Full-term, but confirmation subject to meeting performance targets.
