Reports To: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:

The Centre Diagnostic Director will oversee the overall operations, strategic growth, and quality standards of the diagnostic centre. This role ensures efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient satisfaction while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all diagnostic centre operations.
• Oversee clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, protocols, and quality assurance programs.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and safety standards.
• Foster partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, and medical professionals.
• Drive business development initiatives and customer service excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Radiography, Health Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic operations, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
