Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
  • Measure, mix, and bake ingredients following recipes and production schedules.
  • Ensure quality, freshness, and proper presentation of all baked items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the baking area.
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and report when supplies are running low.
  • Decorate and finish baked goods attractively.
  • Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers safely.
  • Work with the team to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
