Medcourt Support Services is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team. This is a managerial role focused on driving growth through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies targeted at public institutions and professional service organizations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Manage, mentor, and supervise team members within the sub-unit
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Track sales progress and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager and Management
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or account management (preferably in the healthcare or professional services industry)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strategic thinking and performance-driven mindset
