Job Summary

The Office Assistant/ Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized office environment. The role ensures that the workplace is hygienic, welcoming, and conducive for both our employees and clients.

Job Description/ Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily cleaning of office, meeting rooms, restrooms, reception area, and other designated spaces.
  • Ensure floors, windows, furniture, and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
  • Empty waste bins and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies.
  • Report any damages , repairs, or safety hazards to the team promptly.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all cleaning activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant/ Cleaner or a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to details and thoroughness in cleaning.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and related tasks.
