Job Brief

We are looking for a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining stock levels, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

-

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.

-Supervise and support store staff (sales representatives, cashiers, janitors, and security personnel).

-Open and close the store as required.

-Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts (both physical and system-based).

-Raise requisitions for the replenishment of goods.

-Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

-Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Requirements

-Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Basic computer proficiency.

-Excellent supervisory skills.

-Minimum of 2 years experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role.
