DESCRIPTION

  • Perform systematic monitoring, inspection, and troubleshooting of refrigerated container units.
  • Expertly diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using micro-board data and diagnostic equipment like multimeters and clamp meters.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and execute timely repairs on reefer machinery, including compressors and control systems.
  • Ensure 100% temperature integrity to prevent cargo spoilage.
  • Complete detailed job cards and daily checklists, providing clear reports to the supervision team.
  • Conduct reefer handover inspections with clients.
  • Strictly adhere to high-voltage safety, PPE, and LOTO procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum OND + Technical certification in Electrical, Refrigeration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience with reefer containers or industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Strong knowledge of reefer compressors, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to diagnose faults quickly and accurately.
  • Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
  • Safety-conscious and physically fit to work.
