Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Store Marketer to drive product sales, increase brand visibility and attract new customers for FAV Multi-Service. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

This role involves both field marketing and direct customer engagement to ensure consistent product demand and branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell FAV Multi-Service frozen food products to retailers, restaurants, caterers and walk-in customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Visit nearby markets, businesses and residential areas to introduce and market FAV products.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with clients to secure repeat sales and customer loyalty.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Distribute marketing materials, provide product information and create brand awareness.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities, pricing and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with the store team to track stock availability and delivery schedules.
  • Submit timely reports on sales performance, field activities and customer feedback..

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or field promotion (experience in food or FMCG sector is an advantage).
  • Strong persuasive, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of Ajah, Sangotedo and surrounding areas.
  • Must be reliable, disciplined, and well-organized.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer engagement.
