Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Recruiter Intern located in Ikeja. The Human Resources Intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating onboarding and training activities, and supporting the administration of employee benefits programs. Additional responsibilities include providing general support to the HR team in personnel management and day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment and organizational support
  • Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and related processes
  • Basic knowledge of Personnel Management and employee lifecycle activities
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR tools is a plus
  • A degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
