Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer at Pandar Resources LLC in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for tasks such as growth marketing, marketing analytics, growth hacking, lead generation, and web analytics on a day-to-day basis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Advertising:
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads,).
• Conduct testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal Return on Investment and KPIs. Growth Strategy:
• Design and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
• Identify and explore new growth opportunities and channels to drive expansion. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
• Generate insights from data analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for the management team on marketing performance and growth metrics. Content and Creative Development:
• Work with the content team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand voice and messaging.
• Create landing pages and other digital assets to support marketing campaigns. SEO and SEM:
• Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to complement paid advertising efforts. Community Engagement:
• Engage with the cryptocurrency community through forums, social media, and other channels to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.

Qualifications

  • Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Lead Generation skills
  • Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills
  • Experience in analyzing marketing data and trends
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Marketing or Analytics are a plus
