Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elevator Technician based in Lagos. The Elevator Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on elevators to ensure their safe and efficient operation. The role involves identifying and resolving technical issues, conducting inspections as per safety standards, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines. The Elevator Technician will also play a role in installing new elevator systems and upgrading existing ones as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Elevator Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and general Elevators operations
  • Knowledge in Electricity, including control systems and energy-efficient drives
  • Skills in Maintenance & Repair with a focus on safety and reliability
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving issues
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals
  • Good communication skills for interaction with clients and team members
  • Relevant certifications or a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • Experience in elevator installation and modernization is an added advantage
