Partnership Manager

- The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support business growth and enhance the company's market presence.
- The ideal candidate is a strong relationship-builder with excellent negotiation skills, business acumen, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Development:
- Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to evaluate potential partners, industries, and trends.
- Develop partnership proposals and drive end-to-end negotiation processes.
Relationship Management:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and external organizations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partnership-related communication.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and address challenges proactively.
Execution & Performance Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to operationalize partnership initiatives.
- Track partnership performance, ensure deliverables are met, and optimize initiatives to increase value.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, revenue impact, and overall partnership effectiveness.
Contract & Compliance Oversight:
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to review contracts and ensure all partnership activities meet regulatory requirements.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and activation activities with partners.
- Work with Finance to review partnership-related budgets, incentives, and payouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or key account management—preferably in fintech, banking, or technology.
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
