Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to align with the agency's goals and objectives.

  2. Research and identify emerging trends, tools, and opportunities in social media to keep the agency competitive.

  3. Create and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar.

Content Creation & Management

  1. Collaborate with the content and graphics teams to develop visually appealing and impactful content for all social media platforms.

  2. Write, edit, and schedule posts tailored to each platform's audience and guidelines.

  3. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

Community Engagement

  1. Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a sense of community.

  2. Monitor and manage the agency's online reputation by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

  2. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Collaboration & Campaigns

  1. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support agency campaigns, events, and promotions.

  2. Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

  3. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and growth strategies.
