Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor Manager located in Lagos. The Student Counselor Manager will oversee the student counseling process, providing guidance to students on educational opportunities abroad. Day-to-day tasks include offering career counseling, staying updated on international education trends, addressing student inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires collaborating with staff and schools to ensure smooth student placement and managing client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of Education systems and processes
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in international education consulting is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • Student visa experience (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland)
