Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a full-time, studio-based member of the team, responsible for the entire video production lifecycle:

• Content Production: Plan, set up, and execute the recording of high-quality video content (e.g., YouTube videos, short-form content, interviews, and promotional materials) in the studio environment.

• Aesthetics & Quality: Ensure all visual and audio elements meet a professional broadcast standard, including lighting, sound capture, camera operation, and set design.

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Take raw footage and transform it into compelling, finished videos using industry-standard software.

• Workflow Management: Manage and organize all video assets, ensuring a smooth and efficient post-production workflow.

• Creative Input: Collaborate with the team to develop fresh ideas, formats, and visual styles that align with the FagAlex Insights brand and maximize audience engagement.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Proven Video Editing Expertise: Must be highly proficient in video editing software, specifically DaVinci Resolve and/or CapCut. Experience with motion graphics and color grading is a significant plus.

• Production Skill: Demonstrated ability to shoot high-quality video and content, including experience with professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.

• Dedication & Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for content creation, a strong work ethic, and a self-starter attitude with a drive to produce excellent work.

• Commitment: Must be available for a full-time position and willing to work from our dedicated studio location.

Desired Attributes

• Familiarity with the digital strategy, business, or technology sectors (the core focus of FagAlex Insights).

• A strong portfolio of previous video work, particularly for YouTube or professional brands.
