is seeking a highly reliable and well-trained
Company Driver (Executive Driver)
to provide professional transportation support for the company's executive team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain discretion and composure at all times.

This role goes beyond driving; it requires a calm, organised, and courteous individual who understands the importance of punctuality, confidentiality, and representing the company's image through professionalism on and off the road.

About the Role

The Executive Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company executives to and from meetings, official engagements, and other assignments. The driver must ensure the vehicle is kept in pristine condition, monitor routine maintenance, and adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive company executives to and from designated locations as scheduled.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition (cleanliness, fueling, servicing, and inspections).
  • Ensure punctuality and dependability at all times.
  • Plan routes efficiently, taking into account traffic patterns and road conditions.
  • Conduct routine checks on the vehicle's general condition and promptly report any faults or required maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and servicing.
  • Ensure executives are transported with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all information heard or discussed during official trips.
  • Assist executives with loading and unloading items or documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with the admin or logistics department for official travel schedules and arrangements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of
    5 years' experience
    as an Executive or Company Driver
  • Valid Nigerian Driver's License and LASDRI certification
  • Excellent knowledge of Lagos and surrounding routes
  • Proven track record of safe, accident-free driving
  • Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and personal discipline
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required
  • Professional appearance and good communication skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle operations is an advantage
  • Must be courteous, respectful, and maintain confidentiality at all times
