Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in Enugu State, Nigeria. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and comply with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising workers, inspecting construction activities, managing timelines, and monitoring for compliance with project specifications. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring the safety and productivity of teams on site.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision
• Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring Construction Safety protocols
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and solve on-site issues efficiently
• Knowledge of local construction regulations is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
