Sales and Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and sustainable revenue growth.
2. Business Expansion & Partnerships
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand business reach.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders to enhance market presence.
3. Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and clear direction to ensure team alignment and collective success.
4. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor market trends to maintain a competitive advantage and identify growth opportunities.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention.
6. Performance Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to analyze data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
7. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Collaborate with production, procurement, finance, and other departments to align efforts and support sales-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in sales and business development within the
food processing or FMCG industry
. - Proven experience in
key account management and operations
. - Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Sales,
or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Demonstrated
leadership capabilities
with experience managing and motivating teams. - Strong track record of
achieving sales targets
and driving business growth. - Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
. - Advanced
analytical and problem-solving abilities
with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

organizational and time management skills
