Job Summary: The Chief Commercial Officer will lead business development, enterprise sales, and group -wide revenue generation. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior deal -maker, unlocking markets, building commercial partnerships, and leading strategic expansion initiatives across Africa and globally. You must be a results -driven builder who can generate significant revenue while inspiring teams and converting vision into opportunity. Responsibilities:Lead enterprise and government sales efforts across all business units.Identify and close large -scale partnership, licensing, and expansion deals.Create and manage revenue models that are scalable and sustainable.Build and lead a high -performance sales and business development team.Develop group -wide sales targets and reporting systems.Cultivate relationships with global investors, development partners, and corporations.Translate complex offerings into strategic value propositions for clients and stakeholders. Requirements10+ years of executive -level business development or sales experience.Track record of closing multi -million -dollar deals or strategic partnerships.Experience in public -private partnerships, government engagement, or cross -sector business models is an advantage.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Global outlook with deep understanding of African markets.Entrepreneurial, persuasive, and relentless in pursuit of opportunity.
